Can the delivery be tracked?
Our logistics agents have the ability to track the delivery throughout the shipment. For air deliveries, you as a customer can also track the transport.

Can EDS guarantee downtime?
You as a customer can cover an additional freight insurance, that applies up to the value of the delivery and the goods – and does not compensate for lost income in the event of downtime.

Do I receive personal service during delivery?
We take personal service for granted. Our goal is to provide you with the same logistics agent throughout the process, from booked transport to final delivery.
